Making sensible use of the village centre

The project idea was developed as part of the village centre development of the Binntal Landscape Park. With the POORT A POORT village hotel, we want to make a contribution to putting vacant buildings in the village centre back to good use and making them accessible. This will keep the small mountain village of Grengiols in the Upper Valais attractive and lively.

Good things come to those who wait…

Since 2017, we have been working hard to realize the POORT A POORT village hotel. In addition to numerous questions surrounding its potential use, ownership rights, and operation, it was primarily the financing that kept us busy and proved to be a tough task.
